Presented by J. O. Mansel-Pleydell, Esq., 1874. Specimens ivhich may belong to either of the two precedingspecies, or to C. truncatus (infra). R. 735. The imperfect left scapula of a very large individual; fromthe Kimeridge Clay of Kimeridge Bay. The extremelength is 0,560 (22-1 inches). This specimen accordsclosely with the imperfect scapulae from Shotover, figuredhy Phillips, op. cit. p. 377, diagram 177, as ischia, the. Cimoliosaurus (cf.) trochanter his.—Ventral aspect of the pelvic girdle; fromthe Kimeridge Clay of Kimeridge Bay. The presentspecimen would indicate an individual of somewhatlarger size than the type of Plesiosaurus manseli. Thecontour of this specimen is very similar to that of thecorresponding element of the next specimen, and is totallydifferent from that of Pliosaurus. Presented by J. C.
