Silhi "Black ; This species was obtained at Xanaimo, in the surface tow-net, at Sitka, Naha Bay, and Port McArthur with hook and line, and by Mr. Rutter at Karluk. Four specimens were seined at Metlakahtla, and several were seen at Shakan. They range in length from to inches.
