The Galashiels Transport Interchange forms the new bus station and business hub for Galashiels, and is a gateway to the Borders from the railway.
The landmark building was opened to the public in August 2015 and now sees up to 3000 people per day using the facility to access bus and rail services. Almost 1400 bus departures take place every week across all operators while four commercial tenants currently operate in the building, with interests in the remaining office space.
