A Coast Guard Air Station Miami MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew hoists a patient suffering from reported decompression sickness approximately 41 miles west of Billy Island, Bahamas, Sept. 26, 2018. Watchstanders received an agency assist request from the Royal Bahamas Defence Force to assist in getting the patient to a decompression chamber and launched the helicopter crew who helped transport him to the Bahamas Hyperbaric Centre.
