Supporters of GEN. Manuel Noriega wave Panamanian flags as they attempt to block the road being used by a reinforced platoon of LAV-25 Light Armored Vehicles (LAVs) from Company B, 2nd Light Armored Infantry Battalion. The platoon was conducting a pre-planned route reconnaissance when its path was blocked outside the town.
