Pre-Inca Ruins at Night, Cordillera Blanca, Peru

This site, which has no trail leading to it and is far away from any town, is home to pre-Inca ruins that date back about 2,500 years ago. No buildings are still standing, but rubble can be seen in rectangles which indicate the size of the structures, and other formations, such as the strangely shaped rocks seen in this photo, were used for unknown purposes.
