Leeds, UK. 23rd Nov, 2017. The Magic Lantern Festival delighted hundreds of visitors and guests as they switched on the lights to their second spectacular event in Leeds on 23 November 2017. The organisers promise a bigger, better and even more impressive display of hand made lanterns which combine elements of both Chinese and British culture and tradition.
