We found thatwe had either to wait untilthey were over an open spaceor else shoot them immedi-ately overhead, so that theywoidd drop at our feet, andeven then we lost a good third new kind that I killed was a small bird, green above, green and white below^, chin,spot back of eye, and flanks white, and gorget amethyst.
