On the banner a Bijenkorf, worn by a Phoenix, symbol for its chastity. Behind Joseph, the woman of Pontifar (Zephirah) tries to joseph Joseph's cloak. Jozefs Triomf also entails envy (invidia), she stands for the jealousy of the Joseph's brothers. Joseph is thrown into a well by his brothers. The print has a Latin text of six lines on a separate piece of paper and is part of an eight-language series about the triumph of the livelihood.
