BRUNEI (Nov. 18, 2016) Members of the Navy, Marine Corps and the Royal Brunei Armed Forces participate in a closing brief of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2016, Nov. 18. CARAT is a series of annual maritime exercises between the Navy, Marine Corps and the armed forces of nine partner nations to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
