The 38th Commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. David H. Berger, and his spouse, Mrs. Donna Berger, give opening remarks at the 2021 Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps Symposium held at the National Conference Center, Leesburg, VA, Aug. 9, 2021. The symposium brings together Senior Enlisted Leaders to include the Navy Command Master Chiefs that work with the Marine Corps. The event provides a strategic level education on the current state of programs in the Marine Corps, the future of those programs.
