London, UK. 29th July, 2014. Work has started at The Tower of London of an art instillation, Blood swept lands and seas of red, in the moat surrounding the tower. 800 000 ceramic poppies by artist Paul Cummins will be installed flowing from the window and across the moat to commemorate the outbreak of the First World War and the deaths of 800 000 allied soldiers.
