Mother-of-three Katrina O'Hara, 44 was attacked after the killer chased a male colleague out of the shop in Blandford, Dorset, while wielding the long-bladed weapon. Ms O'Hara's three children, Kyle, 25, Dean, 23, and 16-year-old daughter Megan, this afternoon attended the murder scene and lay flowers in memory of there late mum.©UKNIP
