November 10, 2020. - Russia, Moscow Region, Novo-Ogaryovo. - Russian President Vladimir Putin makes a televised statement over the situation in Nagorno Karabakh. Russia's President Putin, Azerbaijan's President Aliyev and Armenia's Prime Minister Pashinyan have signed a joint agreement to secure a complete ceasefire and cease all hostilities in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict zone starting from Mosow time on 10 November 2020. According to the terms of the agreement, Russia is to deploy its peacekeeping force on the line of contact in Nagorno Karabakh and along the Lachin land corridor.
