ATLANTIC OCEAN (Feb. 8, 2017) Two MH-53 Sea Dragon helicopters assigned to the Blackhawks of Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron (HM) 15 stand by on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike). Ike is currently conducting aircraft carrier qualifications during the Sustainment Phase of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP).
