The panels are fabricated under powerful presseswhich flange both sides, top and bottom—at the sametime paneling the steel for added rigidity. The flangesare punched so that holes come at set intervals and co-incide with holes in the strengthening mullion; side wallpanels are placed side by side with mullions betweenand locked with a wedge and bolt in a connection that is Bulletin of the Iowa Highwaydetails of the contracts: Commission gives some.
