Lowe of Dixon, Mo., 35th Engineer Brigade judge advocate general officer, hands out Mardi Gras beads, stuffed animals and school supplies to more than 100 Iraqi children during a humanitarian mission with the Soldiers of the Louisiana National Guard's 769th Engineer Battalion of Baton Rouge, La.
