Theexperience of the writer is that the best results are usuallyobtained with an exposure of not more, and sometimes less,than that called for by the meter, and the negatives developedas will be explained a little later. There are exceptions, however, when it is advisable to givemore. One must use his judgment, for there are a number ofconditions that tend to increase or decrease the exposure indi-cated by the meter.
