State Line Motel and Cafe along Route 66 in Glenrio, Texas. Glenrio thrived through the 40's, 50's, and 60's until the Interstate bypassed the town in 1975. The State Line Cafe and Gas Station was constructed in 1953 by Homer Ehresman and built directly in front of the Texas Longhorn Motel facing Route 66.
