A Marine with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 251 explains the functions of an F/A-18C Hornet to a Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) cadet at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, Oct. 18, 2017, as part of the Japanese Officer Exchange Program (JOEP). The purpose of JOEP is to give cadets an inside look on the capabilities of Marine Corps aircraft.
