It is understood the windows were purchased by Charles and Mary Ann Lowe of Sheepy Hall in memory of their daughters, Mary Jane Lowe, 1843-1920, Alice Lowe Burne-Jones had visited nearby Wellingborough to visit family and id associated with this area of Leicestershire. Edward Burne-Jones was born in nearby Birmingham.
