FORT LEE, Va. -- First Sgt. Larry Howard from the 832nd Ordnance Battalion calls out the cadence that keeps his Soldiers motivated and moving in unison during Fort Lee’s Army Birthday Run June 14. Well over 1,500 troops – including Airmen from the 345th Training Squadron, Marines from MCD-Fort Lee, medical personnel from Kenner Army Health Clinic, garrison support staff and others – participated in the event that concluded with remarks from Command Sgt. Maj. Nathaniel Bartee, CASCOM CSM, and the formation singing Happy Birthday and the Army Song.
