Philippine Navy frigates, BRP Gregorio Del Pilar (PF15) and BRP Ramon Alcaraz (PF16) are exercising in Luzon Sea with USS John S. McCain, USS Ashland and USNS Safeguard of the US Navy, conducting various formation maneuvers 39 nautical miles Southwest off Subic.
