Founded in 1970 by his father, Nikola Pittaras s family dairy and livestock farm is now a modern cheese factory producing cheese typical of the Aegean sea region. Fondee en 1970 par son pere, la laiterie et l elevage familiale de Nikola Pittaras est aujourd hui une fromagerie moderne produisant du fromage typique de la region de la mer Egee.
