Mr. Crawford, the strawberry expert, says of it: 'It may be described by saying that it is perfect in ever}- way. It has pro- duced 3,000 quarts on one-third of an acre. The plant is very large and luxuriant, blossoms perfect, fruit of the largest size, good shape, dark, glossy red, and of very excellent qualitv.' 50 cents per dozen ; § per 100 ; § per 1000.' Mary. Early, Pistillate. A comparatively new berry, widely on trial on ac- count of its record. Early, large, productive, with strong foliage. Worthy of trial everywhere. An old and justly famous standard sort.
