WEST POINT, -- New York Army National Guard Brig. Gen. Harry Miller, a Nashua, resident and two-tour veteran of the Iraq War takes command of the 42nd Infantry Division, Saturday April 13 at West Point, Miller, a one-star general, has been serving as deputy commander of the 10,500-member New York Army National Guard since March 2012.
