New College - RMA Sandhurst England
The imposing central clock tower of New College above the Officers Mess Hall and flanked by buildings all erected circa 1908 to a design by HB Measures to accommodate around 400 cadets. Constructed of brick and stone by Rowbotham of Birmingham. The guns were captured in India at the Battle of Serangapatam in 1799 against the Tiger of Mysore. A GPO pillar box is adjacent to the porch.
