Napoleon I Hall (created originally by François I). The fine joinery masterpieces of this room are the starter of the woodwork crafts known as "Fontainebleau School". Château de Fontainebleau (Fontainebleau Castle). Used by the Kings of France from the 12th, century transformed and enlarged specially by François I (16th century), combining styles from French traditions as well as Italian Renaissance and Mannerist styles. Added to the Unesco's World Heritage List in 1981. Seine et Marne departement. France.
