Stela 14 of the Piedras Negras Guatemala, Penn State University Museum


Tatiana Proskouriakoff worken with the Penn Team in 1936-37, she identifies the glyphs for the events of each ruler lifetime and proposed a seven ruler dynasty for the city. Her work was publishen in 1960. Her work was the foundation for the reconstructions of dynasty histories at Tikal, Palenque, Copan, el Caracol and many other maya sites.
