Casie Young, a human resources specialist with the 147th Human Resources Command, Minnesota National Guard, rolls a Soldier to check for injuries or bleeding during Combat Lifesaver (CLS) Course on aug. 16, 2021, at Fort McCoy, Wis. The CLS course took place on an improved tactical training base during the 78th Training Division's Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX) 78-21-04. The 78th Training Division, in charge of this rotation of CSTX, intended for the exercise to prepare Army Reserve Soldiers for near-peer adversary environments.
