ATLANTIC OCEAN - (April 11, 2017) - Sailors aboard USS Carney (DDG 64) head to the mess decks for a Flag Officer Sea Training (FOST) briefing during a general quarters drill in the Atlantic Ocean April 11, 2017. Carney, an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is conducting its third patrol in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
