Care must be taken that all thedarning runs the same way, and thebeads may be omitted if desired. On a foundation of 28 stitches netone round with wide mesh. •2d Mound. — Small mesh, 1 in each. 3(f, 4ifh, bth, and Qth.—Same as 2d. 7th Bound.—Large mesh, 2 in each. 8//i Bound.—Small mesh, 1 in each. 9th and \Oth Bounds.—Same as 8th. Fasten the thread, and with thewool cover the entire outside round ofmeshes with loosely-wrought button-hole stitches. This forms the firstround of the pocket. On the same foundation, with widemesh, net 1 plain round. 2d Bound.—Wide meshes, 2 stitchesin each. Bd Bound.—Small mesh, net 2stitchestogether all around. 4th Bound.
