Capt. Daniel Winningham, 93rd Air Refueling Squadron pilot, receives a certificate from Col. Brian McDaniel, 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Christian Pugh, 92nd ARW command chief, for winning the slam dunk contest during the first All-Star Basketball game Feb. 3, 2016, at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash. Winningham received first place for gaining the highest scores against three other players.
