The Coast Guard First District holds a change-of-command ceremony Monday, June 4, 2018 at Faneuil Hall in Boston to bid farewell to Rear Adm. Steven D. Poulin and welcome Rear Adm. Andrew J. Tiongson as commander of the First District. Vice Adm. Scott A. Buschman, commander, Coast Guard Atlantic Area presided over the ceremony.
