Stephan Sinding (1846 - 1922) - Valkyrie., Patinated bronze sculpture. Base with artist's signature "Stephan Sinding". Ca. 1901. x 56 cm. Expressive portrayal of a valkyrie. In contrast to the well-known bronze statue of a valkyrie, which Sinding created in 1908 and which is located today in Copenhagen's Churchill Park, this female figure is holding a sword in her right hand instead of a spear.
