A flag waving crowd of 200,000 people lined the streets of Washington DC. on Saturday and cheered the veterans of Operation Desert Storm as the nation's capital staged it's biggest victory celebration since the end of World War II. Stealth fighters zoomed overhead and tanks and Patriot missile batteries rolled by and more then 8,000 battle clad troops marched past a beaming President George Bush and General Norman Schwarzkopf Jr. in a display of American military might that crushed Iraq in 43 days of combat. Troops parade across the Memorial Bridge with the Lincoln Memorial in the background on the way to the Pentagon.
