Television at the renaming ceremony of the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel in New York into the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel after the late NYS Governor Carey who served from 1975 to 1982. Carey was responsible for seeing New York City out its fiscal crisis in the 70's as well as starting the iconic "I (heart) New York" promotional program. Carey died in 2011 at the age of 92.
