The Northrop Grumman Antares rocket, with Cygnus resupply spacecraft onboard, is raised into vertical position in preparation for liftoff on launch Pad-0A at the NASA Wallops Flight Facility October 29, 2019 in Wallops, Virginia. The commercial cargo resupply mission will deliver 8,200 pounds of research, crew supplies and vehicle hardware to the the International Space Station on November 2nd.
