Phra Mae Thorani Vasundharā the goddess of earth

Thorani has many names according to Southeast Asian Buddhist Mythology for example Nang Thoranee or Mae Thoranee, sometimes just called the beautiful one. According to the legend she was present when Gautama Buddha reached enlightenment and helped him to defeat the evil demon Māra who tried to withhold Siddhartha's final step to enlightenment. Here she is depicted as a fully golden Statue with black bluish hair inside the public park surrounding Wat Hua Lang located in the middle of nowhere in northern Thailand.
