Capt. Steven Guptill, headquarters company commander, poses with his family during at the Minneapolis Convention Center on Feb. 10 to conduct a Family Preparation Academy in advance of a deployment to Kuwait later next month. The Family Preparation Academy kicked off with a ceremony attended by several Minnesota legislative leaders, and was followed by various break-out sessions to provide skills and resources for families preparing for separation.
