NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Sept. 21, 2018) Aviation Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Antonio Cornejopina, from Federal Way, Washington, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) air department, and Aviation Structural Mechanic Airman James Lee, from Newnan, Georgia, assigned to Ford's aircraft intermediate maintenance department, raise the ensign on the flight deck in honor of National Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Recognition Day. Ford is currently undergoing its post-shakedown availability at Huntington Ingals Industries Newport News Shipbuilders.
