The charge that counterfeit Counterfeit tickets in Cuba's national Lottery lottery were being printed Tickets thrice monthly and sold in Porto Rico and other coun- tries was made in the Cuban Congress on May Sth, when photographs were shown of supposedly legitimate tickets found in Porto Rico. It was asserted that the fraud netted the perpetrators $600,000 monthly. The discovery of the fraud caused a sensation in all circles.
