SEA (Aug. 16, 2018) Bruce Johnson, a civil service mariner assigned to the Spearhead-class expeditionary fast transport ship USNS Carson City (T-EPF 7), prepares macaroni and cheese during lunch Aug. 16, 2018. Carson City is the seventh of nine expeditionary fast transport ships in Military Sealift Command's inventory with a primary mission of providing rapid transport of military equipment and personnel in theater via its 20,000 square foot reconfigurable mission bay area and seating for 312 passengers.
