PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (Feb. 19, 2016) At the end of the day, a 4-man relay race was added to break the tie between NAVFAC Hawaii and Army teams. An Army member from the 130th Engineering Brigade, Schofield Barracks, beat a Civil Engineer Corps officer from the NAVFAC Hawaii team, crossing the finish line first and winning the 2016 Seabee Olympics.
