CABBALA - SEPHIROTHIC TREE Cabbalistic Tree of Life, derived from the Order of the Golden Dawn. This tree illustrates the Way of the Serpent, which is different from the Way of the Arrow. The Arrow is the way of direct ascent, by means of sacrifice, and this direct path avoids the gyres of the serpent path, of the 22 Tree pathways There is a correspondence between the individual sephirah and the paths, and the various grades of the Order. The Golden Dawn regarded the 22 Major Arcana of the Tarot pack as the equivalent of the 22 paths connecting the Sephiroth.
