Brig. Gen. Lee Levy, the 402nd Maintenance Wing commander at Robins Air Force Base, Ga., explains the logistics of moving a C-5 cockpit section into its new facility during the opening ceremony for the building Sept. 10, 2010. The cockpit section will be used by engineers to test software in a real environment without tying up actual C-5s. The cockpit section came from a C-5 that crashed at Dover AFB, Del., in 2006.
