This Royal Mail post box, in Glasgow, has been painted black and gold to celebrate Black History month, October 2020. It is a tribute to Walter Tull, who was the 1st black officer in the regular British Army. He was also signed up to play for Rangers football team before being killed in action, in France, on the 25th March 1918. This is the inscription on the post box along with a picture of Walter Tull.
