Pages, New York, is holding the fort forJohn Stephenson Car Company, Ltd., in street carrow. Mr. Pages is an artist of repute. Frank C. , late of the Telegraph Bureau ofPolice and Excise, New York, is honorary assistant of theBureau of Electricity of
