( cm), Textiles-Painted and/or Printed, Burhanpur in the northern Deccan emerged in the eighteenth century as a center for the production of dyed textiles. Several panels with the same design as this one are preserved; they were probably originally attached and used as a tent lining or as a floorspread in a place of prayer
