A gantry crane is provided for handling the tups and materialin and out of the drop. It consists of a beam pivoted from the column, the outer end of which is carried by an A frame runningon a circular track 17 ft. in radius. The pivot is 15J4 in. fromthe end of the beam, permitting it to project between the columnsand over the center of the drop.
